Product Overview

Move En Connect and HIK Robot collaborate to deliver the 360° Automatic Tag Reader (ATR) using advanced image-based barcode decoding technology. Deep learning algorithms achieve read rates consistently over 95% — handling damaged, wrinkled, dirty, or distorted tags that would defeat traditional laser scanners.

Airport baggage handling requires high timeliness and full-process traceability. After check-in, baggage tags must be identified at multiple points during departure — including ATR stations, EDS induction, and sortation — to realize full tracking, sorting, and security screening functions per IATA 753. The ATR system is designed for every one of these scanning points.

When the Airport Operation Database (AODB) is unavailable, the ATR's Fallback Tag Function ensures uninterrupted operation by identifying both interline and fallback tags and routing bags correctly to BHS-PLC or BHS-SAC.
